Embedded Dashboards and Reports in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Throughout the book, we have reviewed the main capabilities that Power Platform offers to extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. In this last chapter, we will conclude by learning how to integrate Power BI within applications such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement offers us the possibility of integrating with Power BI for advanced data analysis. Some of their applications, such as Marketing or Omnichannel Engagement Hub, come with report and dashboard templates, some of them embedded in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. By embedding Power BI in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, we introduce users to new integrated work scenarios.
