Summary
In this chapter, we explained how to configure settings for Teams devices such as phones, Teams Rooms, collaboration bars, and Teams displays from the Microsoft Teams admin center. You also learned how configuration profiles can be used to apply a collection of settings to the devices listed in the Microsoft Teams admin center. We looked at how to use device tags and manage device settings and firmware. Finally, we introduced you to Microsoft Teams Rooms devices and explained the prerequisites and steps to configure them within your environment.
In the next chapter, we will introduce you to the principles of creating and managing Teams. We will show you how Teams can be created, as well as how to manage Teams privacy and membership. In addition, we will demonstrate how creating an organization-wide Team is a useful method to communicate to all employees in your organization.
