In this section, we aim to provide some guidance on assessments. Assessments are often done through surveys or questionnaires, observational tools, or software. The process of performing assessments can differ depending on who is performing the assessment. The assessment can be done through a software or observability tool, but the following steps must be performed to complete it:
- Start the assessment by defining the key objectives and outcomes. The assessment can be either a performance assessment, portfolio assessment, or financial assessment.
- Planning the assessment is also an important step as it will include the frequency of the assessment, duration of the assessment, tools that will be used for performing this activity, and so on.
