Summary

We have taken a look at the SWF service and how the SWF service can be used to create and manage a serverless application's processing logic and maintain the state. With SWF, the workflow can easily be designed in the management console. We have taken a look at the components of SWF and have discussed how to control access to the resources created within the SWF service. In the next chapter, we will look into the most powerful component of the AWS cloud: the AWS Lambda service.
