Summary

In this chapter, we provided a high-level introduction to Power BI in the context of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We started by understanding the possibilities we have to connect Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement data with Power BI. Then, we went through the most relevant components of Power BI Desktop so that we can start working with custom reports.

In the next and last chapter, we will learn how to create an embedded Power BI experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
