In this chapter, we looked at the art of adding AI and mixed reality extensions to our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
First, we reviewed what AI Builder is and the different types of models. In doing so, we were able to identify the differences between custom and pre-built models, and for which scenarios each applies.
Then, we learned about the possibilities that Power Platform offers us to incorporate mixed reality into our applications. We reviewed the different types of actions we can perform and commented on some practical examples.
At this point, you have the knowledge base to start extending your applications with AI and mixed reality.
