Visualization layout
Connecting to your data and configuring the dataset is often a one-time activity, and you can modify and duplicate datasets as necessary to meet your reporting needs. Once you have prepared your data, create a new QuickSight analysis based on the data. The layout to design your visualizations is intuitive and has detailed documentation in the QuickSight user guide. You have the ability to set filters on your data and define parameters that allow your analysis to behave differently under different contexts. For example, you can specify date parameters to show current or historical data values. Actions, themes, and settings control the overall look and feel of the analysis and provide the capability to define what happens when the user interacts with the visualization.
