CRM and marketing automation
CRM, marketing automation, and customer data platform integration tools are essential for your marketing strategy by compiling relevant data such as your clients' purchase history, their keyword patterns, customer demographics, and other related information, allowing you to act on (and according to) all that data. One of Drupal's greatest strengths has to be the possibility of almost unlimited integration with other (third-party) websites and services. I couldn't possibly cover them all in this book, or tell you how to configure and use them in your own context, so here's what I'll do: I'll be listing some of the most popular integrations, and the module that allows you to do them.
