Email is one of the best ways to communicate with your customers, and audience in general. That's why it's usually the go-to channel for customer communications. This preference isn't only applied to businesses; many customers also prefer to interact with their suppliers this way. Email is low-cost, fast, trackable, segmented, and can even be proactive.
